Process

How I work.

From first conversation to launch in weeks, not months. Clear communication at every step, live previews as I build, and a fixed price agreed before I start.

  1. Discover

    The first step is listening. I take the time to understand what your business is about, who your ideal customers are, and what you want the website to achieve.

    I go through your brand, content needs and visual preferences with you, and ask about your goals, your competitors, and what the site needs to do: contact forms, booking, e-commerce and so on. No detail is too small.

    Once I have everything, I map out a proposed site structure and put together a plan for the design and development work, so you know exactly what is being built before a single line of code is written.

  2. Build

    With a clear plan in place, I design the layout, style and flow, and make sure it looks right and works properly on desktops, tablets and phones.

    If you already have a brand style, I build around it. If not, I help you define one. Then I bring the designs to life with clean, modern code and best practice for performance and accessibility.

    Throughout the build you get regular updates and live previews, so you can give feedback while the work is in progress. No surprises at the end. You see the site take shape week by week.

  3. Launch

    Before launch I test everything carefully: mobile layouts, loading speed, forms, accessibility. The site only goes live once all of it works.

    I take care of deployment, domain setup and the technical steps behind the scenes so you do not have to. If you would like training on updating the site or posting content, I walk you through it.

    After launch, a care plan keeps the site secure, backed up and up to date. The aim is a website that keeps earning its keep as your business grows.
