Discover
The first step is all about listening. I take the time to understand what your business is about, who your ideal customers are, and what you want your website to achieve.
I go through your brand, content needs, and visual preferences with you, and ask about your goals, your competitors, and what functionality your site needs — like contact forms, booking systems, or e-commerce. It’s a collaborative process where no detail is too small.
Once I have everything, I map out a proposed site structure and put together a plan for the design and development work ahead — so you know exactly what is being built before a single line of code is written.

Build
With a clear plan in place, I design your website’s layout, style, and flow — making sure it looks right and works properly across desktops, tablets, and mobiles.
If you’ve already got a brand style, I build around it — if not, I help you define one. Then I bring the designs to life with clean, modern code and best practices for performance and accessibility.
Throughout the build, you get regular updates and live previews so you can give feedback while the work is in progress. No surprises at the end — you see the site take shape week by week.

Deliver
Before launch I test everything carefully — mobile responsiveness, loading speed, forms, accessibility. Your site only goes live once all of it works.
I take care of deployment, domain setup, and the behind-the-scenes technical steps so you don’t have to. If you’d like training on updating your site or posting content, I’ll walk you through it.
After launch, a care plan keeps your site secure, backed up, and up to date. The aim isn’t just to build you a website — it’s to give you a tool that grows with your business.
